Advocate Health's Speech Pathology department (Outpatient) in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist. Join a team providing comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CCC- or SLP-CCC certification, and CFY experience with a preference for two years. 8am-5pm schedule, eligible for benefits, and a competitive pay range.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year post CFY clinical experience, two years preferred.
• Current license in Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
• CCC-Certificate (Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required.
• SLP-CCC credential required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs comprehensive professional evaluation of patients across ages for differential diagnosis of communication or swallowing disorders.
• Educates patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
• Plans and conducts treatment programs to improve speech, language, voice and swallowing impairments.
• Provides training and presentations to staff, students, and interns on communication disorders.
• Coordinates patient caseload to ensure timely services and efficient care.
