Therapy 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across families. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy while partnering with caregivers and healthcare providers to support children’s communication and feeding goals.

Qualifications

• Current Texas SLP license.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patients' needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs in a timely manner.
• Engage with agency staff to maintain expectations for high-quality care.
• Comply with all agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
