Job summary

New York Community Home Care is seeking a dynamic Speech Language Pathologist for our home-based pediatric cases in Brooklyn. The role offers a base salary of $125,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, a 401k after 3 months, 27 PTO days and 10 holidays.

FFS available at $100 per 30-minute session, with optional weekend caseload coverage. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in New York State.
• ASHA Certification or CCC-SLP.
• Strong communication and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates speech and language rehabilitation needs for pediatric home-based patients.
• Performs clinical tests and develops a Plan of Care with goals.
• Maintains detailed patient records and progress notes.
• Communicates with the care team and families to coordinate care.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
