Job summary

New York Home Care is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for home-based pediatric cases in the Bronx. The role offers part-time and full-time options with a base salary of $135,000. Door-to-door car service is provided for commuting. Licensed NYS SLP with ASHA CCC is required; position emphasizes clinical evaluation, plan of care, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC certification required/preferred.
• Excellent communication with patients and families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients in home settings and provide SLT services as prescribed.
• Perform clinical assessments and develop a Plan of Care with goals.
• Deliver SLT procedures to achieve identified goals.
• Instruct patients and families in use of assistive modalities.
• Maintain patient records with treatment details and progress.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and supervisors for care delivery.
• Submit progress reports and discharge summaries as required.
