Job summary

Caring Angels Home Care, LLC in New York is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our home-based pediatric cases in Suffolk County. Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in New York.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Ability to provide home-based pediatric therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Speech and Language rehabilitation needs and provide services as ordered.
• Perform tests to assess disorders and develop a plan of care.
• Implement speech pathology procedures to meet goals.
• Instruct patients and families in usage of modalities and procedures.
• Maintain patient records and progress notes.
