Job summary

New York Community Care is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Westchester home-based pediatric program on a part-time or full-time basis. The role focuses on evaluating need, delivering rehabilitative services, and coordinating with care teams.

The position offers a base salary of $125,000.00 with benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401k after 3 months, 27 PTO days and 10 holidays; FFS available at $100 per 30-minute session; weekend caseload option may be available.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in New York State as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Ability to work part-time or full-time in home-based pediatric cases in Westchester.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide Speech Language Pathology services as ordered.
• Perform assessments and develop a Plan of Care with goals.
• Document progress and discharge summaries.
• Maintain patient records within 24 hours of visits.
