Job summary

New York Community Care seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for home-based pediatric cases in Manhattan. The role offers a base salary of $125,000.00 with a comprehensive benefits package and optional weekend caseload coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience with pediatric home-based services preferred.
• Ability to provide evaluative and therapeutic services per plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate S&L needs and provide rehabilitative services per physician orders.
• Conduct clinical tests and develop a plan of care with goals.
• Perform therapy procedures and instruct patients and families.
