Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech Therapists to deliver home-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers across California.

You will assess development and provide speech therapy aligned with IFSP goals, coaching families using the Parent Coaching Model. This role offers flexible scheduling, a sign-on bonus up to $1000, mileage reimbursement, a monthly tech stipend, and medical benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• California SLP license is required.
• Pediatric EI experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services within the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to develop development goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills for progress transfer.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment—homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information in line with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
