Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for Early Intervention services across California. You will work with infants and toddlers in their homes and community settings, delivering speech therapy and family coaching to support developmental goals.

Responsibilities include IFSP-driven services, progress reporting, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams. Bilingual Spanish a plus; license in California required.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical & interpersonal skills needed.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental speech therapy assessments.
• Follow IFSP and work with families to develop goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, or community settings.
• Write progress reports bi-annual and maintain confidentiality.
