Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide early intervention services in infants and toddlers across families’ homes and community settings. You will conduct developmental assessments, develop strategies with families, and coach caregivers to support child progress.

Requires California SLP licensure, pediatric experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• California SLP license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to develop progress strategies.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment—homes, daycare centers, or communities.
• Conduct re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
