Job summary

Pelham Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Pelham, AL is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric evaluations and individualized therapy in a collaborative setting. The role offers a Monday–Thursday, full-time schedule with a Friday half-day for evaluations and documentation.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000+ annually, with a substantial sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental/vision, retirement, life and disability insurance, and generous PTO/holidays.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Alabama SLP license.
• Pediatric speech-language pathology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches to support functional outcomes.
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to encourage progress outside of therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and clinic staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.
