Accounting Search invites applications for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pelham, AL (Birmingham area). The clinic offers a Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule with a Friday 8 AM-2 PM, W-2 full-time preferred and 1099 considered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology is required.
• Active Alabama SLP license is required.
• Pediatric SLP experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches to support functional outcomes.
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to encourage progress outside of therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and clinic staff to provide high-quality care.
