Tom Trese Networking LLC in Pelham, AL is actively seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a nonprofit outpatient clinic. The role offers a Monday–Thursday 8 AM–5 PM and Friday 8 AM–2 PM schedule, with a strong focus on one-on-one patient care, collaborative teamwork, and meaningful family engagement.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $70,000+ annually, with a substantial sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Alabama SLP license.
• Pediatric speech-language pathology experience required.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches to support functional outcomes.
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to encourage progress outside of therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and clinic staff to provide consistent, high-quality care.
