Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes. The SLP will evaluate, direct therapy, and train families to reinforce progress.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, valid driver’s license, and CPR. Pediatric/home health experience is preferred. Join a therapist-owned team with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients in home health.
• Perform evaluations with focus on receptive/expressive language and articulation.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient/family regarding progress.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources.
• Consult with physician on progress and maintain records.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Attend internal/external education functions and QA programs.
• Maintain adequate caseload with productivity.
