Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in home health settings, collaborating with families and caregivers to improve communication outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Pediatric and home health experience are preferred as you join a therapist-led, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state professional licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to pediatric patients in home health.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations and provide direct treatment.
• Train families and caregivers in therapy tasks.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain patient progress notes and records; communicate with families.
• Attend QA programs and continuing education.
