Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients' homes. The SLP will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy, and guide families to reinforce progress at home.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license, with pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Perform evaluations focusing on receptive and expressive language, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Educate and train families and caregivers on therapy tasks.
• Maintain and document patient progress and treatment records.
• Collaborate with physicians and participate in QA and continuing education.
