Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy. The SLP will evaluate, design, and implement treatment plans, train families, and document progress in coordination with our clinical team.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, CPR, and drivers license. Pediatric/home health experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within our CARE culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Evaluate and treat receptive and expressive language, articulation, and fluency.
• Coordinate care with office staff and caregivers.
• Maintain progress notes and patient records for QA.
• Collaborate with other professionals and participate in team meetings.
• Mentor students and new hires as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies during visits.
