Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric home health therapy. The SLP will evaluate, plan, and direct therapy with families, coordinating care with office staff and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure is required.
• Valid state driver license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to pediatric patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations focusing on receptive and expressive language, articulation, and related skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and families to appropriate services and resources.
