Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients’ homes. The SLP will evaluate, treat, educate families, and coordinate with care teams to maximize communication outcomes.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active licensure are required, along with CPR certification and a valid driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist must be active.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech therapy.
• Coordinate care with family, caregivers, and other disciplines.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Provide family/caregiver training and homeprogram guidance.
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
