Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric speech therapy in home health settings. The SLP will guide patients and caregivers to reinforce and improve communication skills.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with state licensure, CPR, and a valid driver license. Home health experience and strong organizational skills are preferred. Significant interaction with families is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric and home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Evaluate, organize and conduct medically prescribed therapy.
• Coordinate with caregivers and office staff.
• Maintain patient progress and documentation.
• Mentor students and new hires.
