Qualifications

• Active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligning with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with patients' medical neighborhood to coordinate care.
• Complete minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Meet with agency staff to align expectations and standards.
• Comply with agency policies, codes of ethics, and applicable laws.
• Maintain quality of patient care across home-health settings.
