Qualifications

• Current active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Texas.

• Proficient with common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
• Bonus: 3+ years pediatric SLP, home-health experience, feeding therapy or related certifications, bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients' caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit quotas and complete chart updates and documentation.
