Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients’ homes. You will evaluate, treat, and coach families to improve communication skills across home-based settings.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CPR, and a driver license. Experience in pediatrics and home health is preferred, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Lead caregiver in therapy activities to reinforce progress.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with families regarding progress and home programs.
• Attend continuing education and participate in QA/QIP initiatives.
