Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a nurse to join our team. You will provide in-home care to medically complex patients and coordinate with clinicians to ensure timely, high-quality services.

The role offers day shifts with potential full- or part-time hours and a sign-on bonus. Requirements include an active Utah RN/LPN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience; drivers license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Manage daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime).

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Ogden area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. Schedule: Days M-F Available - Full-Time/Part-time between 8-12 hour shifts
