Amazing Care Home Health Services in Davis County, Utah, is seeking a registered nurse to join our in-home care team. You will provide compassionate, patient-focused care to medically complex pediatric patients, following clinical guidelines and collaborating with clinicians and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Utah RN license required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy/ventilator not required).
• Reliable transportation to patient locations in Davis County.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to the population served by Amazing Care Home Health Services.
• Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
• Log daily clinical notes within Kantime EMR system.

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve

Requirements

• Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
