Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. in Davis County, Utah, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care to medically complex patients. You will work with pediatric cases, follow provider guidelines, and document care in Kantime EMR.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical notes and patient records.

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Davis County area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. • Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Schedule: Days / Evenings Full-Time/Part-time

Location: Davis County

Sign on Bonus:

• Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy / ventilator) but not required
• Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location
