Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. in Ogden, UT is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our in-home care team. You will provide high-quality care to medically complex pediatric patients in patients' homes, working with clinicians and families to ensure safe, effective care and timely communication.

Schedule: Days M-F available; FT/PT between 8-12 hour shifts. Sign-on bonuses: Nights $5,000 FT, $2,500 PT; Days $2,000 FT, $1,000 PT.

Qualifications

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy / ventilator) but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime).

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Ogden area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing.
