Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Davis County, Utah, is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to join our in-home care team serving medically complex pediatric patients. You will provide clinical care, coordinate with clinicians, and document care within our Kantime EMR system.

This role offers days/evenings with full-time or part-time schedules and a sign-on bonus. We value integrity, teamwork, and patient-centered service, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred (tracheostomy / ventilator) but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation commuting to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime).
