Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our Lehi, Utah team. You will provide in-home nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients, following clinician guidelines and ensuring high-quality, personalized service.

You will document daily clinical notes in the Kantime EMR system and collaborate with clinicians and caregivers to coordinate care. This role offers meaningful work in a growth-focused, patient-centered environment with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Utah.
• Active BLS certification required.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Lehi and Utah County area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. • Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location
