Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a qualified nurse to join our in‑home care team in Salt Lake County, Stansbury Park and Heber areas. You will provide compassionate care to medically complex pediatric and adult clients, following clinical guidelines and coordinating with clinicians and caregivers.

Responsibilities include planning daily care, documenting progress in Kantime EMR, and ensuring timely, personalized services.

Qualifications

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to patient locations.
• Spanish speaking encouraged.

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Manage daily patient care while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within Kantime EMR.

Requirements
