Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services in Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team serving Lehi and Utah County families. You’ll provide compassionate in-home care to medically complex pediatric patients, log clinical notes in Kantime, and follow clinical guidelines while delivering reliable daily care.

We offer a sign-on bonus and a schedule including Nights/Days on a part-time basis, with competitive benefits and a supportive team committed to integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within the Kantime EMR system.

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Lehi and Utah County area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is extremely rewarding and gives YOU a chance to slow down and enjoy the life changing work YOU are doing. • Valid Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
