Job summary

Amazing Care, Inc. in Lehi, Utah is seeking a compassionate Home Health Nurse to deliver in-home patient care across the Lehi and Utah County areas.

The role focuses on medically complex pediatric patients, providing high-quality, personalized care and adherence to clinical guidelines in patients' homes. Qualifications

• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation commuting to patient locations.

• Daily logging of clinical notes within the EMR system (Kantime).

We are seeking a nurse to join our team in the Lehi and Utah County area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Amazing Care to the patients we serve. Working with medically complex pediatric patients is rewarding and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through compassionate, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
• Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider
• Daily logging of clinical notes within the EMR system (Kantime)

Requirements

• Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within the State of Utah
• Active BLS certification
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation commuting to patient locations

Schedule, Sign-On Bonus, and Benefits

Sign on Bonus:

Nights: $4,000 - FT $2,000 - PT

Days: $2,000 - FT $1,000 - PT

Schedule: Part-Time, Swings, Days
