Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a licensed RN to join our pediatric home health team in the Salt Lake County area. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medically complex pediatric patients and document care in Kantime EMR.

Requirements include Utah RN license, active BLS, and reliable transportation. We offer a sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nursing License within Utah.
• Active BLS certification.
• 1+ year healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve.
• Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider.
• Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)

Nights: $4,000 - FT $2,000 - PT

Days: $1,000 - FT $500 - PT

Nights, M-Sun Available (Adult Client)
