Rady Children’s Physician Management Services (RCPMS) is hiring Call Center Representatives to serve as the primary phone contact for patients and families, handling scheduling and registration with a courteous, professional approach. Under supervision, the Scheduling Representative will learn to schedule all visits, manage the phone lines, and uphold our commitment to excellent patient service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of public-facing experience, preferably in a call-center.
• Medical Administration Program may substitute for customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills via the telephone.
• Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, stressful situations.
• Operate office equipment including photocopiers, fax machines, and multi-line phones.
• Knowledge of computer software used for patient registration and scheduling.

• Answer routine patient phone calls and provide courteous service.
• Schedule visits and manage phones for pediatric offices.
• Receive training on RCPMS procedures, policies and appointment scheduling.
• Be the main phone contact for established patients and families.
