Job summary

SVG HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is seeking a Schedistrar to support our Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven individuals looking for an opportunity to support high-quality care for our patients and families at appointment check-in through collection of co-pays and deductibles at the point of service. Located in Green Bay, WI, this full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7:30am–4:00pm with benefits including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer service and general clerical/office procedures is required.
• 1 year healthcare experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-in and collection of co-pays and deductibles at point of service.
• Support scheduling and administrative tasks for Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
