HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Schedistrar to support the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology unit. The role focuses on patient-centered check-in and collecting co-pays and deductibles at the point of service.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and clerical experience; healthcare exposure and medical terminology knowledge are preferred. Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, onsite position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in customer service and general clerical/office procedures is required.
• 1 year healthcare experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support Services in Pediatrics.
• Schedule: Full Time: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.
• Assist with appointment check-in and collection of co-pays/deductibles at point of service.
