PeaceHealth’s Sacred Heart Medical Center Springfield is seeking a compassionate RN for our 14-bed Pediatric Unit. This night-shift role offers 12-hour shifts with a 0.9 FTE schedule, located at a Level II Trauma Center in Springfield, Oregon. The salary range is $50.78–$79.78 per hour, with a $9.50 night shift differential.

Requirements include Oregon RN license, BSN preferred, BLS at hire, and 1 year of pediatric acute care experience (or new grad pathway). PALS/NRP required within 6 months.

Formación

• RN with at least 1 year in acute pediatrics or new grad fellowship.
• Oregon RN license required; BLS required on hire.
• BSN preferred and PALS/NRP within 6 months if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate and delegate care across the clinical team.
• Maintain clinical excellence through ongoing learning and development.
• Support quality, safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to departmental goals, initiatives and process improvements.
