Job summary

PeaceHealth seeks a Part-time Critical Care Float Pool RN to join Sacred Heart Medical Center at Riverbend in Springfield, Oregon. You will work two 12-hour Night shifts weekly in a cross-unit role across Cardiac Surgery, ED and onboarding, within a 350-bed acute care center with level II trauma capabilities.

Qualifications

• Accredited School of Nursing required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year RN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
• Document patient care in the healthcare record per standards.
• Direct and delegate care to team members according to competence.
• Maintain professional effectiveness through education and development.
• Support hospital policies, quality improvement, safety and infection prevention.
