Job summary

PeaceHealth's Sacred Heart Medical Center Springfield is seeking an experienced pediatric RN for the 14-bed unit, a Level II Trauma Center. You will deliver and evaluate patient care for children and coordinate with the clinical team.

Requirements include Oregon RN license, BSN preferred, and at least 1 year in acute pediatrics (or new grad program). The role is per diem day shift with a 15% differential, and ongoing professional development support.

Qualifications

• Must have Oregon RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year RN experience in acute pediatrics or completion of a new grad/acute pediatric fellowship.
• BSN preferred and ongoing professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Accurately document care in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate and delegate care across the clinical team.
• Maintain clinical excellence through ongoing learning and development.
• Support quality, safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to departmental goals, initiatives, and process improvements.
