Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Resource Team. This full-time role requires floating to LCH, Cabarrus, University, Pineville and Union to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification is required; additional certifications may be needed depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans with the care team.
• Maintains accurate electronic health record documentation.
• Float to designated facilities as needed to meet patient needs.
