Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte is seeking a Resource Registered Nurse for the Resource Team. This part-time role (24 hours/week) involves floating to multiple facilities across Zones 6, including CMC, Mercy, Lake Norman, University, Cabarrus & Stanly. Compensation ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour, with comprehensive benefits eligibility.

The RN will apply the nursing process, collaborate with care teams, and uphold safety while delivering patient-centered care across units and shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN license and BLS certification.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Active RN license with multi-state or state privileges where care is provided.

Responsibilities

• Float to facilities in designated zones and provide bedside nursing care.
• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
