Qualifications

• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months.
• PPD/QuantiFERON test or chest X-ray where applicable.
• MMR immunity proof.

$55.00 per Hour | Ventilator & Tracheostomy Experience Required

Affirmed Home Care is looking for experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for children in their homes throughout Queens, NY.

Qualifications
