Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes across Brooklyn, NY.

Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required. Active NY RN or LPN license, current BLS certification, and at least one year of pediatric nursing experience are preferred. Join our team for flexible shifts and strong clinical support.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn, NY.

If you're passionate about caring for medically complex children and have ventilator and tracheostomy experience, we'd love to have you join our team.

We are actively hiring Pediatric RNs and Pediatric LPN's for cases throughout Brooklyn.

Available Shifts:

• Days
• Overnights
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Flexible 8 or 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current BLS certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
