Job summary

Affirmed Home Care seeks a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for children in homes across Queens, NY. Applicants with ventilator and tracheostomy experience are strongly preferred, and NY RN licensure plus BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required.
• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for children in their homes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Receive ongoing clinical and administrative support.
• Deliver high-quality care and ensure safety.
