Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Pediatric LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in their homes across the Bronx, NY. The role requires ventilator and tracheostomy experience and is paid at $40.00 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse LPNlicense
• Current BLS Certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X‑ray if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)
