Job summary

Affiliated Home Care seeks compassionate Pediatric RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing to pediatric clients in Westchester County, NY.

Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required. Active NY RN or LPN license and current BLS are mandatory. At least 1 year of pediatric nursing in home, hospital, or acute care is preferred. Flexible shifts include days, overnights, weekdays, weekends.

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license or LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required.
• At least 1 year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home, hospital, or acute care (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical completed within 12 months.
• PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years (if applicable).
• MMR immunity proof (lab report).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Westchester county, NY.

Pay rates for LPN: $40.00/HR
Pay rates for RN: $55.00/HR

Available Shifts:
