Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn. Qualified candidates have ventilator and tracheostomy experience and a NY RN license.

We offer immediate openings with flexible shifts across days, overnights, weekdays, weekends, and 8–12 hour options, plus a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required.
• At least 1 year pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Physical completed within the last 12 months.
• Current MMR immunity (lab report).

Qualifications
