Job summary

Affirmed Home Care's Pediatric Division is seeking a compassionate RN to provide one-on-one in-home care for a 2-year-old in Greenwich, CT. This per diem role focuses on tracheostomy care and ongoing developmental support, with an immediate start and consistent weekday/weekend hours.

You will partner with a dedicated family and our clinical team to deliver high-quality pediatric nursing, maintain precise documentation, and ensure child safety.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum one year pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Tracheostomy care experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled pediatric nursing care at the client’s home.
• Work the shifts in Greenwich, CT as scheduled.
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to support developmental milestones.
• Maintain accurate documentation and safety standards.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Pediatric Division. This position provides one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 2-year-old pediatric client in Greenwich, CT.

This is a rewarding, low-acuity case involving tracheostomy care for a child who continues to make incredible progress following successful brain surgery. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with a supportive family while helping a young child continue to reach important developmental milestones in the comfort of their home.

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Starting at $55.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care, hospital, or acute care)
• Tracheostomy experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable
