Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in homes across Fairfield County, CT. This per diem role offers flexible day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts with competitive $55.00/hour pay.

Active Connecticut RN license, current BLS certification, and at least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience are preferred. US work authorization and a valid driver’s license are recommended.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license and current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric nursing experience (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver's license preferred.
• Current physical within the last 12 months; TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON) or chest X-ray if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in patients' homes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document care and coordinate with families and clinical team.
