Affrimmed Home Care in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care. The role offers flexible day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts, with part‑time and per diem opportunities.

You will support children and families across Fairfield County, delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care in the home setting. Requirements include CT RN license and BLS, with strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will:

Provide skilled, individualized nursing care in the home setting

Manage and care for specialized equipment, including:

Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Required

Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License

Current BLS Certification

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a home care environment

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Fairfield County

Preferred

Pediatric nursing experience

Tracheostomy and ventilator experience

PALS Certification
